I’m a detailed- oriented, self-motivated and experienced Help Desk Analyst with excellent customer service skills and engineering background. I learn fast with a proactive mindset and go extra mile to meet service level agreement. I discharge my responsibilities with all commitment, passion. I represent my employer and or recruiter well by protecting her image everywhere at all time.

I’m an undergraduate of computer Information System, Brooklyn College, City University of new york with over 40 credits completed. Prior to my major work experience, I had an associate degree in Electrical and electronics Engineering from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic as indicated in my resume.

I was employed by Tranter IT Infrastructure services for the period of 4-years and deployed to Lafarge Cement WAPCO to provide enterprise support. I supported more than 400 users in Local and Wide Area Network. The day-to-day challenges exposed me to diverse kinds of desktop and network troubleshooting skills. My proficiency include desktop troubleshooting – PC/Mac/Smart phones, mobile device, Lotus notes support, deployment and management of multi-purpose network printers, Active Directory, DHCP configuration, file sharing and permission, establishing VPN for out-of-site clients, Windows installation and migration, and backup just to mention a few. I am also comfortable using and supporting many Microsoft solution packages such as Ms Office Suite, Ms Project and Visio.

In 2008, I was promoted to the position of a team lead. This leadership roles enabled me have managerial experience. One of my outstanding performances was saving the company over $1,000,000 in a night. I underwent several professional IT and leadership training. I am CompTIA A+ certified, Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDST). The London office of Commerce also certified me in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL Foundation) in 2009. In addition, I plan to pursue Network+, Security+ and Cisco certification as well.

Presently, I enjoy tutoring with my IT consulting service. I like to teach and carry out research work with others. I have been a personal tutor to many students and also work as an independent tutoring contractor.
